Mr.SherifOlama is the partnerships lead at Andela. He has extensive experience in technology startups, contributing some of the fastest growing startups in the region. As an early adopter of the digital transformation movement, Sherif was responsible for supporting businesses in pursuit of their digital and technological evolution across the region with a particular emphasis on the business development and marketing. An entrepreneur at heart, Sherif is passionate about technology & innovation, managing a fund on behalf of the Canadian Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development that launched 57 revenue generating startups in Toronto. He also served as entrepreneur in residence at the DMZ incubator, Ryerson university. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Eng. in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Eng.Olla Ashour is an IOS engineer at Andela. A remote hero at heart, Olla has been part of remote, distributed and cross functional engineering teams supporting partners across the world in countries such as Switzerland, Germany, Bulgaria as well as the US. Along with the engineering experience, Olla is also an adept leader always making sure she transfers her knowledge through her teaching and engagement activities. She holds a B.Sc., in computer science as well as being a proud ITI scholarship program grad.
